The continual decline of the value of the dollar combined with the lack of jobs and the rising price of gas is causing problems with the economy. Eight years ago we were paying $1.20-1.50 a gallon for gas and about $26 for a barrel of oil. now we have seen gas prices rise to almost $4.20 a gallon. these gas prices have affected most Americans and has caused many to change their lifestyle or what they spend their money on.
